Bobby Pettiford Bobby Pettiford 6'1" | PG South Granville | 2021 State #115 Nation NC Jr. – Guard
Pettiford did well to make his mark at the 2A level and led his South Granville squad all the way to the Final Four in the state playoffs. He produced 21.8 ppg, 7.4 apg, 6.0 rpg and 2.9 spg during a productive junior season and was set to do more damage for Team CP3 on the EYBL circuit. He holds offers from Virginia Tech and High Point and was set to rack up a whole lot more.
D’Marco Dunn D’Marco Dunn 6'4" | CG Westover | 2021 State #75 Nation NC – Guard
Dunn made a name for himself at the Fall FAB40, followed that up with a big season at Westover High School, which saw them make it all the way to the state title game, where things were postponed. On a team where even more mismatches are evident in Garner Road, Dunn would have been able to show his unique skillset off on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit.
Jalen McDonald Jalen McDonald 6'5" | CG Leesville Road | 2021 State NC – Wing/Forward
McDonald played the X-Factor role in his triumphant return to the hardwood during the high school season with Leesville Road. With his anxiety at an all-time to return to the game, he was due to make a name for himself with Team Loaded NC showing off his growth in the halfcourt on both ends. With the grassroots season indefinitely hanging in the balance, only time will tell now. He holds offers from Appalachian State, East Carolina, Murray State and Norfolk State.
Leontae Moye Leontae Moye 6'7" | PF Farmville Central | 2021 State NC – Forward
A lot has been said about Farmville Central’s backcourt, but one of their biggest tone setters, especially on the defensive end this past season was Leontae Moye Leontae Moye 6'7" | PF Farmville Central | 2021 State NC . He’s a 6-foot-7 terror in the paint that posted seven blocks in their overtime victory over South Granville to return to the 2A State Title game. He’s a prospect that was due for a big boost in his recruitment with the grassroots season.
Brady Rankin Brady Rankin 6'2" | CG Northwood Temple | 2021 State NC – Guard
Rankin made a name for himself this past season at Hoggard High School, earning first-team All-District honors along the way. He’s a 6-foot-2 sharpshooting guard on the wing that’s slowly finding his way as a three-level scorer. He knows how to get to the rim and finish in traffic. He was set to appear with Team Felton at his level entering the grassroots season.
