He easily had a double double both games and was a big reason they pulled off the win. Going over both shoulders and kicking out to open defenders. Hugeo’s game has improved tremendously and will look to keep playing great basketball tomorrow.
Jake Overbay 6’0 2022 Hotshots Elite -Jake Overbay will start to be a talked about player after putting up numbers during his 16u debut. Starting the day with some long jumpers and some great passes. Jake makes the game easy for teammates and is very proactive when rebounding. A very tough kid, showed his ability to lead and defend in day 2 of the live period. Will watch day 3.
Jacob Cook 6’3 SSA– Jacoub showed good ability to shoot the ball off the bounce and get the the rim. Very lanky and hard to guard he scored very well. Has a good IQ, plays with good pace
Chuck Okoli 2021 Cali Rebels-Chuck did a little bit of everything playing up in the 17u bracket. Had about 10 points and 9 rebounds. Finding a lot of 50/50 balls and being around when needed. Understands defensive rotations and makes the right play.
Chris Bunch 6’6 2022 Hotshots Elite -Chris is probably averaging the most points of the tournament. After the first day dropping 28 he finished the second day with 25 the first game and 29 the second game. Playing up he is putting his game to the test. Shooting from deep and sitting down to play defense. Also finished the day with multiple blocks at the top of the glass. His frame and elite shooting ability screams “PRO”. With a very good motor he keeps the defense on its heals the whole game. One of the most talented 2022 players in the country. Will catch him back in action tomorrow.
Yaru Harvey 6’4 2021 Lakeshow -Yaru is playing a very good role with his Lakeshow team. Being athletic and finish through contact. Using his body to stay in front on defense. Knocking down open shots and grabbing rebounds. Will be one of the brig stock risers of this live period.
Jared Jones 6’2 2020 Gamepoint. Jared his showing a lot improvement in his decision making. He has been making strides on his handles and playing great defense. Has a good thing for scoring in bunches.
Adian Falls 6’1 2020 Compton Magic – Adian is a smooth lefty with a lot of flair in his game. He can knock down the mid range at a good level. Has a strong frame that keeps defenders away and also helps him when staying in front on defense.
Kadar Waller 2020 6’0 Compton Magic – Kadar has been playing very good and with some great confidence after reclassifying into the 2020 class. The point guard can score off the pick and roll and thrives in transition. He can pass with both hands and is Avery stating defender. Has a much improved jumper.
