Prospect Spotlight: Isaiah Ramsey (2020)
Isaiah Ramsey stood out a lot a year ago for Wesley Chapel.
The 2020 forward stands at 6’4″, 180 lbs. and averaged 15.2 points per game last season for the Wildcats.
His plan during his sophomore season is work hard at all times and to win a district title. So far Wesley Chapel is 4-3 on the young season. He was voted to 2nd-team all-conference as a freshman.
No offers or interest have come yet for Ramsey.
He pointed to his ball handling, speed and strength as aspects of his game that have improved since last season ended.
Ramsey aims to finish at the basket better, knock down open shots and be great in transition offense.
Young and crafty, Ramsey is a player who is getting better with time. Right now, he’s just figuring out what he can do and what he needs to improve upon. He’s certainly a high-end scorer for the Wildcats and that won’t change anytime soon.
