Prospect Spotlight: Jaiden Lee (2018)
Palm Glades Prep is a team we’ll see in our Prep Hoops Sun Bash on Jan. 5-6.
The tournament will take place at Carrollwood Day School and the Eagles, members of Class 4A will take on Bayshore Christian.
A key senior piece for Palm Glades is guard/forward Jaiden Lee.
The 6’2″, 175-pounder transferred over from Miami Southridge.
“What weighed me into the transfer is that my friend came here this past season and received an offer. Southridge has got a new coach and I really didn’t know what he’d give me in his first year,” Lee told Prep Hoops Florida. “Coach [Ray] Ramnarine showed me that he believes in me and he’d get me an offer if I played for him.”
Lee says he learned last season how to work harder than others to get what you put in.
No interest or offers have come for Lee just yet. He says his shooting improved two-fold since last season and he wants to continue to better his dribbling.
Lee will be a core part of Palm Glades, a rather newer program. He should be counted upon for big baskets and key sequences. He has no college looks, but that could change in the blink of an eye. We will see what he can do to draw attention.
