Florida Top 250 Expo Prospect Report: Victor Clark Jr. (2020)
2020 North Florida Christian guard Victor Clark Jr. was one of 33 underclassmen and 86 total prospects in attendance at the Prep Hoops Florida Top 250 Expo on Saturday at DME Academy in Daytona Beach.
I sat down with Clark Jr. to talk about his time at the expo.
Q: What was your experience like in Daytona at the Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo?
A: It was a great experience for me and I enjoyed my time there.
Q: Where did you first hear about it?
A: My AAU coach (Show Off All-Stars) told me that me and a couple of my teammates will be attending this showcase.
Q: What was the best thing you learned?
A: The ball handling drills.
Q: What positive in your game grew? What negative in your game did you notice and try to fix?
A: My shooting and IQ, and my talking on defense.
Q: Would you recommend the expo to your peers? How come?
A: Yes I recommend it because of its some great coaches there and it gives you a lot of exposure.
Q: What is your role looking like this season?
A: To be a leader on and off the court and to be efficient in both scoring and assisting.
My favorite undersized guard in the 2020-2021 group was sophomore Victor Clark Jr. The North Florida Christian sophomore guard stands at 5’7″, but boy is he fast. Clark Jr. is deceivingly strong and he has a knack for finding his way inside for layups and floaters. He should score in bunches this season.
