Super Showcase Standouts: Part 1
The final live period for travel ball took place this past week.
I was in Orlando at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for the Super Showcase. A ton of college coaches made appearances including West Virginia’s head coach Bob Huggins among the long line of attendees.
Here is a look at the first part of my top standouts list from the week.
Dante Treacy (Central Florida Christian/Team M.O.A.M.)
A rising senior, Dante Treacy is very good leading the charge. He commands so much attention for Team M.O.A.M. which helps open up plenty for his offense. Treacy has filled out some muscle to his 6’0″ frame and that has helped with his strength as an outside shooter and attacker. Look for him to get some more Division I offers this season.

Zimife Nwokeji (Maclay/1 Family)
Perhaps the best 2019 Florida prospect in Orlando this week was Zimife Nwokeji. Not only can the 6’7″ Maclay forward hammer it down with a dunk, but he has tremendous range as a shooter. He is a clear high Division I player whose ceiling is very high. Nwokeji surprises you with his athleticism and it is fun to watch.

Miles Coleman (Dwyer/Ball4Lyfe)
Ideally, Miles Coleman would be a nice fit at a low to mid-Division I program. The 6’5″ combo guard is a lethal shooter and is a 2018 prospect who is flying under the radar down south. He performed very well for Ball4Lyfe this past week. He is a guy who will see his stock rise during his senior campaign.

Taylor Trudeau (Mount Dora Christian/1 Family)
We all know that 2019 guard Taylor Trudeau is a knockdown 3-point shooter. However, he showed attacking ability inside this week that has grown in his game. Playing for 1 Family has increased his offensive awareness and tenacity. As long as Trudeau continues to mature as a defender, he’ll have a shot to be a low to mid-Division I prospect.

Crisnel Francois (Suncoast/Nike Team Florida)
One of my favorite young guys all week was 2020 Suncoast guard Crisnel Francois. He was the clear leader for Nike Team Florida 15U. He has the keen ability to drive inside and finish on the play. Francois could easily play up for the 16U team and hold his own. I think this is a low Division I talent with major upside at this point. A rising sophomore, Francois will be a name you’ll know by season’s end.
