Recruiting Report: Seth Coleman (2019)
2019 forward Seth Coleman is a high energy player for Holy Trinity.
The 6’5″, 185-pounder played a key role in the Tigers success. His group went 21-7 and made a Class 5A region quarterfinal appearance.
Coleman says he learned how to become a better scorer this past season. He also revealed that his jump shot as something that has grown the most over the last year.
He’s aiming to become more of a scorer for his team as a junior.
Over the summer, Coleman ran with Team Parsons. He’s been with the group since 8th grade. He says he felt like the summer session went well and he was able to put his name out there a bit.
Starting his basketball life in the 2nd grade, Coleman pinpointed his rebounding, defense and finish on the break as his biggest strengths. He wants to improve his ballhandling this season.
No offers have been sent his way yet, but he’s generated interest from Stetson, Rice, Bethune Cookman and Longwood.
If you are looking for a 2019 forward with a high motor and pure athleticism then you’ll like Coleman. He is still coming into his own as a shooter, but his abilities and upside are evident.
