Prospect Spotlight: Kevin Kersaint (2018)
Kersaint, a crafty left-handed guard who can penetrate and stretch the floor had some impressing outings this summer.
The guard from Orlando played his AAU campaign for MTE Diamonds and showed an ability to create for others, get to and finish around the basket, and knock down the three point shot.
Kevin received interest from schools who have invited him for workouts to further evaluate his game. A couple of impressive showings during the live period have opened up some doors for Kersaint. Kevin put up good numbers during the summer, including some double-digit scoring, assists and rebounding outputs.
Not only a good basketball player but an excellent student, as Kevin maintains a 3.0 GPA in the classroom. A down to earth and humble kid, Kersaint will not only impress you with his play and grades, but also his attitude. A team first player, and great energy guy, Kevin maintains a level-head way beyond his years.
Kevin, an avid shoe collector states that his father is his greatest inspiration, “he is a single hardworking man who always pushes me to do better, and always provides for the family.” With his outlook on life and the game of basketball, Kevin is sure to have a successful career.
