Prospect Spotlight: Evan Busby (2019)
2019 guard Evan Busby turned some heads during in his varsity season at Deltona this past year.

“This year I learned how to play with big crowds and rise to the occasion. I tended to not get nervous before games and the biggest part of my game that grew at Deltona was my IQ,” Busby told Prep Hoops Florida. “Late in the season I become the spark plug for them usually scoring the first points of the game and bringing a high amount of energy.”
He is focused on AAU basketball this summer playing with the Florida Prospects 17U for the first time. Busby’s goal is to earn some offers.
Starting his basketball life at age 4, Busby says his biggest strengths are his shooting, IQ, defense and ability to get out in transition. He’s aiming to improve his ball handling this season.
Busby has no offers yet, but interest from Albion College.
