Last season in Class 7A, the Rams went 17-6. Wyatt averaged 5.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game as a junior. The 6’6″ prospect had three games with 10 or more points and seven games with eight or more rebounds.
Wyatt can play both frontcourt spots at 6’6″. He has a lot of fun out there and it’s clear that he simply enjoys basketball. Wyatt has a very strong game intact and he proved that at the Florida Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo last month.
He can attack at will inside and his defensive ability is tremendous due to his range and work down low. As long as he works the ball into the paint, he’ll continue to succeed. Wyatt should look into expanding his range heading into his senior year, that will help boost his stock and give him more chances to score points.
Palm Beach Lakes should be able to be a solid team once again this season and with Wyatt maturing even more into an energetic and seasoned leader for them. It will be fun to watch.
