The 6’3″, 155-pound Smith said it was a very fun season that he thoroughly enjoyed.
He’s currently ranked No. 13 in the Prep Hoops 2018 rankings.
Here’s how he would break down his own game.
“I’m a team player who others involved much more throughout the game. I’m looking to get better at getting to the basket more and getting my teammates open.”
Smith plays for coach Tony Atkins and Each 1 Teach 1 (E1T1). He’s played two years with them. The likes of Ben Simmons, Austin Rivers, D’Angelo Russell and Antonio Blakeney have all suited up for the Nike EYBL team over the years.
Currently, Smith holds three offers from Florida Gulf Coast, Wyoming and James Madison. He also has drawn interest from Lousiana Tech, Stetson, St. Joseph, South Florida, Central Florida and College Of Charleston.
Expect more offers to come Smith’s way, plenty of Division-I schools will be monitoring his progress as a scorer. He has endless upside and should be able to take his game a step further this upcoming season at St. Pete.
