The athletic, skilled 6-foot-5 wing plays with consistent energy on both ends of the court. His aggression this past weekend at the BSN Summer League was well noted. Greene will look to build off his strong performances into the July live period with BWSL WAWG.
“I think I’m pretty athletic. I think I can get to the basket whenever I can,” Said Greene. “I think i can spread the floor out. You can put me at either 3 or 4 positions.”
Greene recalls playing the game for the first time around age 8. A capable 3 point threat from the catch, Greene is still working to become a more consistent shooter. Improving his ball handling skills is another focus of his. Most people know about Greene’s ability to efficiently stretch the floor, but aren’t aware of his ability to consistently get into the paint and make plays.
“My driving ability is underrated,” Green stated. “So is my ability to face up.”
Greene is a solid student who carries a 3.0 GPA at St. Mary’s Ryken. While he is yet to receive his first offer, Greene has received interest from James Madison, Hampton, Robert Morris, Arkansas-Little Rock, and Howard. He will travel to Harrisonburg this Thursday for JMU Elite Camp, where he could land his first offer from the Dukes.
Greene will most certainly be able to impact the game on both ends of the floor at the next level. He’s a solid athlete with high upside. Look for his recruitment to expand during the summer.
