The skilled 6-foot-3 guard has the ability to score it in bunches from all 3 levels. The rising junior, who holds an offer from Towson, demonstrated his ability to handle pressure and facilitate this past weekend during their team camp.
“I think everybody has seen me score,” Adams stated. “But I gotta say my ability to facilitate is underrated. As a 1, nobody has seen me facilitate the game.”
Dayton, Temple, St. Joe’s, Towson, Kansas State, George Washington, and Rice are among the schools who reached out to Adams on June 15. He already holds offers from Towson and Kansas State, and picked up his third offer from GW during his unofficial visit this past Monday. Adams traveled to Philadelphia on Tuesday for unofficial visits to St. Joseph’s and Temple, where he landed his fourth scholarship offer from St. Joe’s.
“Schools like my ability to score and my ability to sort of facilitate the game as well,” Adams said about what he’s been hearing from college coaches. “I need to improve my defense a lot though.”
Adams is a terrific student, who sports a nearly flawless 3.9 GPA. While he could emerge as a top target for Patriot/Ivy league programs, schools in those leagues should hope to steal him from mid-to-high major programs.
