Carter played a solid role in the Raiders’ success last season. The junior appeared in 21 games and averaged 1.3 points per contest along with 1.1 rebounds. Carter also made a significant amount of three-pointers.He may of not seen a ton of action, but he is ready to go to work this year.

Warren East hasn’t achieved those goals in quite a while, but maybe Carter can contribute in a big way in doing so.
Carter is an outstanding student at the high-school, who carries a high GPA and works hard in the classroom.
“I have a 3.7 GPA and I am a good student in class,”he told me. “I’ve always had a ‘school-first mentality.”
Carter is playing for his own school’s AAU club this summer. The guard has done nothing but improve.
“I am playing for the Warren East Raiders team, and we have been doing very well,” he said. “I’ve been doing good — averaging about 12 points per game.
“I am going to try and get better as the season goes and work to be one of the best players on the team as a leader and a senior.”
