The 6’2 2019 G has a wowing 6’8 wingspan and presents a ton of upside. He’s a shutdown defender. His long arms and quick feet give ball handlers nightmare. He also possesses great recovery speed and can bounce out the gym. Time and again he makes basket-saving blocks. The athleticism is undeniable.
It’s no wonder he holds offers from Syracuse and Temple for football as a corner/WR.
He has no offers or interest for basketball. But he knows that might change soon by playing with a high-profile team like Nike Team Florida.
“I’m enjoying basketball right now. Anytime you can play with prized prospects like Balsa and Vernon it helps you get noticed and be on the radar I’m the type of guy who does anything my coach asks of me,” Sanguinetti said.
Sanguinetti detailed what he’s working on this offseason.
“I’m working on my shooting and ball-handling,” Sanguinetti said.
He’s hungry for that first offer.
“I just have to go to the gym and work hard and come out on the court and prove it,” Sanguinetti said.
