Butler possesses a developing inside/outside skill set, allowing him to score around the basket, attack from the perimeter, and step out to make shots when given space. He understands how to play within the flow of the offense, makes smart decisions, and consistently plays to his strengths. One of his biggest assets is his work on the glass, where he rebounds at a high level and uses his toughness, instincts, and motor to create extra possessions.
