About Ty

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I get up for rebounds, good passer and vision. My strongest part of my game would be getting to the rim and finishing and looking to get other guys looks.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am the hardest working player on the court and am more conditioned than my opponent 90 percent of the time. My personality is just being a leader and trying to be a good role model for the younger kids.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Nah

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed leadership and teamwork from basketball definitely especially playing at a school like Duluth east, we always have a target on our back which makes us closer as teammates.

What type of college are you looking for?

Purdue would definitely be one of the top schools but really anything BIG10

Defensively, he was a menace! Ty was all over the court creating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd chance opportunities. He made plays on O & D. Schingen’s high motor kept Starks in close games, but also helped blow games open. At times, it seemed like there were 5 of Schingen’s on the court!
