The junior guard is one of the more intriguing prospects in the state’s 2027 class and brings a strong blend of size and skill to the backcourt. Phillips plays with a high basketball IQ and consistently makes smart decisions with the ball in his hands. He is a reliable three-point shooter who can stretch the floor and keep defenses honest. Phillips can also get downhill and finish with either hand in the paint, adding versatility to his scoring arsenal.
