Lesch is a left handed wing with good size and solid strength who put together a productive spring playing for the Atlanta All Stars. The junior is a capable perimeter shot maker who can consistently knock down open shots and space the floor offensively. He also does a good job using his size, strength, and body control to get into the paint and finish through contact around the rim. Lesch plays with a strong feel for the game, understands spacing and timing, and consistently makes smart decisions within the flow of the offense.

Lesch brings a sturdy frame and added size, standing an inch taller than his younger brother Tyler, while offering positional flexibility. He’s effective in pick-and-pop situations as a stretch-four but can also slide out and function as a wing. Lesch shoots the ball well from deep, spacing the floor and forcing defenders to close out. He uses his strength to finish through contact on short drives and in traffic. As he continues to improve his lateral foot speed, his potential as a full-time perimeter option will rise. Gavin’s combination of shooting, strength, and versatility gives him a clear role and room to grow.
