White looks like a talent that is about to have a massive season for Blake and Coach Johnson.
When it comes to talents that can give a team some of everything, or a lot of everything, that is White. His ball skills are high level when it comes to ball handling, creation, and ball movement, and that’s facing the basket or doing things with his back to the basket. White can play around the basket and in the backcourt, and his defensive abilities can be used on a number of positions. A top 20 level player in his class.

is a six-foot-five-inch 2029 wing from Blake and Minneapolis Central that showed some good position flexibility, movement dexterity, size and strength. White was able to put the ball on the floor and drive to the rim and finish while also passing and finding open shooters on the perimeter. In the front-court White can defend at the rim and on the wing and his length and anticipation enables him to block shots and get deflections. A guy who averaged 10 points a game for Blake as a freshman could potentially have a big year as a sophomore.

The Blake wing is a player that I felt was one of the most consistently productive at the event. If there were scoring leaders posted I think White would have been near the top as he’s a player that understands point production includes physical paint and off ball production in addition to what the player can create 15 feet from the basket. Great length for a 6’4 wing.

New Coach: Damian Johnson. Johnson is a former Minnesota Gopher who was an assistant at Eden Prairie before doing a great job at North St. Paul as the head coach. Johnson did a solid job at BSM as well before being let go as (the new assistant athletic director took over the job in what was a pretty odd deal). And speaking of very odd situations, Blake fired a great coach in Tyler Biwan after he took them to state, and then Johnson took the job after he was oddly let go from NSP.
White is the top returning scorer for Blake after putting up just about ten points a game last season as a freshman. White has length, agility, skill and the versatility to play inside and out for the Bears.

is a six-foot-five-inch 2029 wing from Blake. White is coming off an impact freshman year at Blake and a player who shot up the 2029 rankings list with his impressive play. White offers position versatility, able to play on the wing and inside both offensively and defensively. His long reach and mature body enable him to compete with much older players all over the court. White might dazzle with an array of ball handling tricks and moves but he’ll contribute all over a box score and really impact the game from tip to final buzzer.

The last real look we got at White was at the state tournament when he played a big part in Blake making the state tournament. His length and big hands allowed him to defend bigger than his height, and to skillfully control the ball using the size, skill, and agility combination to put points on the board. Has the look of a player that is going to grow and there is already skill and agility to him that teams have had a terrible time defending.

Trameill will be a prospect to keep an eye on over the next few years. Although his team was outmatched by LEAD Sports Academy in the 15u semi-finals, we got to see glimpses of White’s high ceiling as a prospect. Listed at 6’4, he moves with fluid athleticism in a way not many young players his size can. He can change directions quickly with the ball in his hands, and has a creative handle that allows him to beat defenders with ease. Uses his athleticism to hang in the air and extend for some difficult finishes with his left hand. Defensively he has the length to defend a number of spots, and had some impressive chasedown blocks in transition.
