One of a handful of Annie Wright Gators making an appearance at our fall showcases, Lin has the potential to take a big step forward this winter. His size and strength allowed him to play out of different spots at the camp, but he also demonstrated the awareness, spatial control, and decision-making that helped him be a factor from all over the court. Scored from different approaches and was keeping the ball flowing in the half court with good skips and picking out cutters.

Lin is a very skilled perimeter player who showed off his impressive strength and physicality at the camp. He’s a kid who can handle contact, remain on balance, and made plays from all over the court. Can knock down the outside shot, hit midrange pull-ups, was effective getting to the hoop, and also displayed good vision to execute big skips after pulling the defense one direction, and the ability to pick out cutters and runners.

Lin is a pretty well-built kid who showed the ability to work into those short-to-midrange areas pretty consistently and knock down some shots. Didn’t shy away from physicality on either end, and later on was able to capitalize on catch-and-shoot opportunities from three.
