About Sir

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Long Big Man that Runs the floor and loves to protect the rim. Very Good Set Shooter so i can play the role of a Stretch 4. Finishes well at the rim and only getting Stronger. Very Good free throw shooter. Player Comp: Jaren Jackson Jr. / Bobby Portis Jr

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Family Driven Student Athlete with a passion to play College Sports. Gets along well with others always looking to come in and fill a need of the team with Shot blocking, rebounding and finishing plays. Going into 4th year of playing organized sports so i am eager, curious and hungry for new opportunities.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play basketball for MR22 Elite 16U 3SSB team. Outside of Sports i film church services for my church learning skills in video/ audio production.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

During my First two years of High School when i attended Archbishop Moeller HS, i served as freshman house captain. I have completed over 55 community service hours at the completion of my Sophomore year.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

After my 5th game in my sophomore season i dislocated my elbow coming down from a dunk. Missing my entire sophomore year taught me that the season moves on with or without you which made me work harder to get back on the court. The experience also let me know that basketball can be taken away at any moment, so education became even more important to me as i want to be a college student athlete.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking to play Division 1 or Division 2 college basketball. Looking to receive a full scholarship to assist my family in securing a future for myself.

Stirling impressed at our Prep Hoops Expo by showing off the ability to run the floor, finish at the rim and block shots. He’s starting to flash those skills at the varsity level with averages of six points, almost nine rebounds and almost two blocks a night. If Stirling can continue to develop his body and add softer touch at the rim, he’s a prospect who can start turning heads this summer for college programs.
