This quick twitch lead guard with elusive dribble drive moves should have a major impact for AR in 2024-25. Once he is in the paint, Gaye can unleash a floater or score at the rim with a creative touch. On contested lay-ins, Gaye does a tremendous job of using his body as well as the rim and backboard to shield the ball from potential shot blockers. Gaye can also splash threes and push the rock in transition for scores or assist. College coaches will be impressed with his feel for the game and court awareness too. Gaye has enough versatility to slide to shooting guard spot for stretches.
