Sam showcased one of the best mid-range games I’ve seen all weekend against WOTN. At 6’5 he has good pace on the ball, able to work his way into some space for a pull-up jumper. Gets solid elevation and with his release point it’s tough for opposing wings to contest. He wasn’t just scoring though, as he made some nice passes to set up his teammates. Was able to get to the elbow area and use his height to zip in passes over the top to cutting teammates around the basket.
