Sam Schillie Sam Schillie 6'0" | SG Golden | 2026 State CO is one of those under-the-radar glue guys who make everything connect for Golden, and that has been on display this season. He’s an inside presence who feeds off others, he does the little things that keep possessions alive, and he’s putting up 9.1 points, 2.9 assists and 3.6 rebounds a game. He’s stepping up defensively and embracing his role. He’s not loud, but his impact shows up every night and keeps them balanced, and that is why he’s so useful. Golden has looked their best as of late, and he has as well.

Schillie finished with 11 points and put constant pressure on the defense with his aggressive drives. He’s quick off the bounce, but what stands out is how controlled he plays at full speed. He attacks gaps, gets downhill and seems to always find his way to the basket. Whether slicing through traffic or finishing in tight spaces, Schillie’s ability to live in the paint kept the defense on its heels all game long
