Goods continues to show why he’s a top unsigned senior in the state and a double double machine, dropping 18 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks in the first round, then 28 points and 11 rebounds against Davie County in the second round. He’s a premier lob catcher, rim runner and physical post presence that helps protect the glass on both ends of the floor, as well as providing a spark offensively in the post and around the rim as a whole. His matchup with Steinour at Lake Norman tomorrow night will be one of the best big men battles we’ve seen all season in the state.

Goods is really putting together a great senior campaign, and should be making D1 and D2 coaches see that he is the “goods”. He had 20 points and 19 rebounds, continuing his 13 game double double streak as he is more physical, taller, and more aggressive on the offensive and defensive glass. Also a capable finisher and ball handler in transition, also good at cleaning up dump offs and loose balls around the basket.

Goods has been a solid addition to the Grimsley High rotation as they’re 11-3 heading into the bulk of Metro Conference action. They’re 5-0 in conference play already and have won six in a row with Goods producing 21.5 PPG, 13.7 RPG, 2.6 BPG, 1.9 APG and 1.2 SPG on 60 percent shooting from the floor. He had 15 points and 15 rebounds in their victory over Page High to lift Grimsley to victory. He’s managed to show flashes of his ability to stretch the floor on the perimeter (3-of-10 3-PT) but for now, he remains a double-double machine in the painted area. He’s racked up 11 double-doubles already and remains an efficient presence around the rim for DI and DII programs to take note of over with the Whirlies the next few months.

makes the moves from No. 141 to the 57th spot in the latest rankings update after finding his footing on the grassroots scene on the EYBL stage with Boo Williams. He’s an athletic forward that’s shown he can finish with authority around the rim and use his length/frame to alter shots in the paint on the defensive end of the floor. He’s a prospect to keep an eye on as the June Live Period gives players time to spend with their high school teams. He’s at Piedmont Classical in the Triad area.

A legit big body that doesn’t mind banging inside the paint and understands how to use his 6’6 frame to make plays. Not only can play inside but he also showed his ability to knock down the shot from midrange at a pretty solid rate.
