Christian played a steady game against AHA. Facing older guards, Christian stepped into a couple threes that he made on balance and I thought his defense in the second half was much better than the first half. He also did a nice job of moving the ball to Cronin on the wing, to Miller in the post, and I thought his leads off the screen, and his post entry passes were solid.

Though not yet a big scoring threat at the varsity level, with the frontcourt talent around him, Quianny doesn’t need to be just yet. Instead, he focuses on facilitating and creating quality looks for his teammates. Christian was getting the ball to his bigs on the block, had some nice pick & roll passes, and was scanning the floor to make smart reads in transition. In the half-court he does a good job of keeping the ball moving so that it never sticks in anyone’s hand too long. He was the floor general for Edina in a pair of wins over Prior Lake and Holy Angels.

Quianny Christian Quianny Christian 6'0" | PG Edina | 2029 State MN is a five-foot-ten-inch 2029 Edina guard and played with D1 Minnesota 3SSB. Christian in the Ballers League showed a bit more pull-up ability with more opportunity in this environment versus playing with D1 Minnesota which seemed to put him off the ball as purely a spot-up shooter. Christian has good ability off the ball spotted up, he does hold ball handling ability.
