Wahl has had a big Spring AAU season and he didn’t slow down this past weekend. Nolan impacts the game in a lot of ways with his scoring and rebounding but also with his motor. The 6’6 forward plays hard and has a chance to be a breakout performer in the 7th region in his Senior season.

Wahl has been one of my favorite “under the radar” prospects in the class since seeing him last summer and fall. Nolan battles down low and has shown he can step out and create his own offense when given the opportunity. Wahl should be a huge beneficiary of the Washington family moving to Dayton. With more shots to go around and a more balanced offense, it’s not unreasonable to expect Nolan to get multiple double-doubles this season. CAL will be slept on this season because of who they lost to transfer but don’t be surprised if Wahl emerges to be a difference maker for them and get them into the 7th region tournament.

Nolan is a potential breakout candidate this year for a CAL team that will need some offensive firepower. Wahl showed he can score off the bounce or in the catch and shoot and isn’t afraid to take smaller defenders down to the block and score. Look for the 6’6 forward to be an impact player for the Centurions this season.
