When he attend De Pere, you most often have to wait your turn before taking center stage on the basketball court. The Redbirds’ program is so deep and has so many talented players that good players often get lost a bit in the shuffle. Such is the case with Maniscalco, who missed a good chunk of the high school season while recovering from an injury, and then saw limited action for the talent-laden Redbirds once he returned to the lineup. But with several gifted players graduating this spring, Maniscalco and others will get their chance to shine in 2025-26. So far this spring, Maniscalco is playing like an all-league performer as he is drilling shots from all over the court while also playing strong defense and passing up good shots for even better shots. Smart, skilled and emerging wing who has been excellent for the Wisconsin Legends this spring.

Maniscalco missed most of the high school season at De Pere after undergoing some surgery. He came to play in 13 games from late January until the end of the season. Maniscalco is a skilled shooting guard with deep range and soft touch. He can get his shot off in a hurry and also can ball fake and put the ball on the floor to score in the lane or find an open teammate. Like all De Pere players, Maniscalco is solid in almost all aspects of the game, but his shooting is what could make a big impact for both the Wisconsin Legends and De Pere.
