Expert Analysis
Philip Gray | Prep Hoops Scout
#6 Ranked in the state of Kansas. Late starter to the sport, but that could be a good thing considering the pantheon of Bigs who were late starters or late bloomers. Noah, from my understanding, was originally a baseball guy who decided to recently commit to basketball once he started to see his natural gifts and potential on display. At Sunrise Christian Academy, Noah is around some talent that will elevate his game to the next level, I believe. The kid is already doing Vince Carter warm-up dunks in the lay-up lines with ease. Noah is the most gifted leaper I have seen since Gerald Green in the NBA, so he has a good athletic base to start from. Once I saw him block a shot and palm it in mid-air, and then proceed to take it coast-to-coast, I realized that his basketball IQ ain’t far off either. Not many shot blockers will attempt to catch the ball and start a fast break (i.e., Bill Russell). Noah is already an Elite Defender/Rim Protector and a constant lob threat from anywhere on the floor, it seems.

has established himself as the premier center prospect in the 2026 class, thanks to his reliable performances in the paint. Noah excels in the dunker’s spot, as well as in his roles as a screener and lob threat. During the EYBL sessions, he averaged 11.7 points per game while boasting an impressive 70.7% field goal percentage. Although his scoring average may not stand out, his exceptional finishing ability does. is a guy I’ve got to catch several times for power house Frisco Emerson who is picking up some serious steam going into the season. He’s a guy we need to talk about as well, his energy at 6’8 makes him a serious prospect in Texas. He runs the floor well, cleaning up anything missed in transition. He’s also super unselfish with the ball and willing to make that extra pass to his guards if open or cutting. Defensively, this is probably Noah’s bread and butter at the moment. Long frame that creates problems for anyone attacking the basket, he also guards block to block and can even step out and on the perimeter and move his feet well. He averages a couple blocks a game and that includes “throwing your shot in the stands” yes, he does this EVERY game. Noah will have plenty of eyes on him this season being the big for 2 of the top 2026 guards in the state and I have a feeling he will be able to take advantage of that. Noah should be on your watchlist as he could finish the season as one of the standout 2026 bigs this year after school ball.
