is a four-star jumbo lead guard who possesses an extremely intriguing skillset— a natural playmaker who thrives with the ball in his hands, controlling the pace, elevating those around him, and possesses the complete floor general skill set to lead an offense at the next level. Carter delivered several high scoring performances that put most of his offensive arsenal on display— attacking driving angles in isolation situations and absorbing contact to bump defenders on drives to the basket, highlighting his underrated ability to keep it simple and efficient out of the triple threat. Getting deeper into his creativity as the defense began to give him different looks, Carter showcased some of his creativity off the bounce to get to his spot(s)— for different soft touch floaters and runners, getting to open space for smooth mid range pull ups, and even using swift hesitation dribbles navigating different ball screens.

One of the highest ranked prospects on the MHC, Carter was impressive in a gritty win over Sideline Cancer Purple. A talented isolation scorer, Carter had a sweet blow by where he rose up for a monster dunk off his drive. Carter also was patient as a driver, using jump stops and pivots after his driving lane got closed to find the open teammate. If Carter can consistently blow by his defender at the point of attack, he’ll have an easier time scoring at the rim. Blowing up in the month of June, Carter picked up a handful of high major offers in the last month.

possesses a rare blend of positional size, feel for the game, and playmaking ability that allows him to control the game and thrive orchestrating an offense and excelling as a true lead guard at the next level. Carter responded well to the physicality opposing defenses threw at him— absorbing contact and playing through bumps when attacking the basket on dribble drives and PnR rim attacks and finishing with soft touch and craftiness from different angles around the rim.
The most impressive part of Carter’s performance over last Saturday’s action was without a doubt his touch in the in between area— hitting an array of turn around fadeaways, soft touch runners, and smooth off the dribble pull ups. Equally thriving as a facilitator, Carter also showed extremely good passing feel, particularly with his touch and timing hitting divers in different PnR actions to create quality looks for his teammates.

Arguably the most talented individual prospect in the gym, Carter backed his status in a workmanlike effort while showcasing his dynamic two-way ability as a jumbo guard. Playing at his own pace throughout the contest, he used his size and herky-jerky handle to routinely work his way to the front of the rim for poised finishes over smaller guards and rotating help defenders. Carter was effective on the other end using his length and instincts to poke away steals and get going the other way in transition. He also flashed his passing vision on a number of occasions when he collapsed the defense and created an easy look for a teammate. It’s easy to see why high-major programs have already come calling with the things Carter can do in the backcourt on both ends of the floor at his size.

is a highly touted four star jumbo point guard whose playmaking instincts, polished skill set, and feel for the game allow him to operate effectively as a true floor general in any offensive scheme. And Carter showcased so much of the tools that’s starting to generate the interest of high major coaches at the next level— breaking defenders down with creativity and impressive pace off the bounce to create separation and get to his spots particularly in the lane and in the mid range area while also creating for those around him threading passes through tight windows and being equally as impactful as a facilitator.

has the foundational skill set and decision making ability to thrive as a true lead guard in any offensive system. Carter’s put together a number of explosive scoring outings that’ve showcased the full depth of his three level scoring arsenal— creating separation with ease off the dribble, knocking down smooth perimeter jumpers with deep range, and using his strength on drives to absorb contact while finishing with soft touch floaters and runners in the lane. In the mid range area, he’s consistently gotten to his spots for polished pull up jumpers, while his hesitation moves helped freeze defenders before attacking downhill and finishing at the rim. On the defensive end, Carter’s active hands and sharp anticipation have stood out generating turnovers, and throughout it all, he’s maintained strong court vision and awareness to consistently find open teammates in scoring positions.
With the production finally starting to match the potential dating back to this previous high school season and a number of HM programs having already shown interest and extending offers, expect Carter’s national ascension begin to catapult and see his recruitment skyrocket over the next few months.

Carter is another 2028 prospect playing up at the 17 U level, but he’s on the Made Hoops Circuit. One of the more skilled offensive scorers for his height in the country for the 2028 class, Carter has such smooth movements on the ball as he can create his own look with ease and plays above the rim in transition. While some of the streetball isolation skill has become somewhat of a lost art in basketball, Carter has that old school flair on the ball and just naturally knows how to get a bucket. After crushing it at Philly Live last summer, I’d expect Carter’s recruitment to blow up by the end of this summer if he continues to perform how he has over the past few months since returning to action in January.

Carter is a jumbo guard who found ways to make plays for others in the half-court. Like how Carter was always in the right spots to fall into rebounds. His length was used to contest and alter shots. He found others with his ability to pass the ball. Even though he was able to convert a few tough shots throughout the game I want to see him improve on his efficiency and feel like he rushed into a few shots.

delivered an impressive pair of explosive scoring performances that highlighted a lot of the components of his complete scoring package across all three levels— creating separation off the bounce and knocking down smooth perimeter jump shots with deep range accuracy, bumping defenders on physical drives to convert on soft touch runners and floaters in the lane, getting to his spots off the bounce in the mid range area for smooth pull ups jumpers, using hesitation dribbles to freeze defenders before turning the corner finishing around the basket. All while playing with extremely active hands and quick anticipation skills to force turnovers on the defensive end of the floor and maintaining his court vision to find teammates open in the right spots.

is a jumbo playmaking guard who has all the traits to be a legitimate lead guard— true positional size with advanced scoring feel from all three levels paired with the unselfishness and court vision to be a keen facilitator. Crafty off the bounce, Carter plays with an impressive pace and strong and balanced footwork that uses to get to his spots particularly in the mid range for soft touch mid range pull ups and tough turn around fadeaways all while showing increased range and efficiency in his three ball. Naturally unselfish, Carter continued to show the willingness he plays with to get his teammates involved, spraying out to perimeter shooters off paint touches and finding guys ahead of the defense in transition.
