Expert Analysis

This guard looks to be one of the better shooters in the freshman class at this stage. Henry had some film sent in from the Big Shots Memorial Day Classic with Upstate Select , where he put up 13 PPG on 52% shooting from behind the arc. Nick consistently knocked down open threes in the corner, but also showed signs of intelligent off-ball movement and a comfort in hitting shots on the move from creative sets. As he grows and gets stronger to attack the rim more confidently, he has a chance to be one of the premier offensive threats in his class.

Henry battled through an injury to be a nice piece for Team 4 at the Carolinas Freshman Showcase. Despite not having a major physical advantage, he was an active defender who had quick hands, solid positioning, and good lateral quickness to make life difficult for opponents. Nick will also jump passing lanes and help out on the glass. Offensively, Henry balanced scoring and facilitating well, and he has a jump shot that projects well long-term.
