was in need of someone to step up around him and Flanagan was tasked as one of those guys. He will come into Sectional 8 averaging over 10.0 ppg and is just someone that we have seen be capable of getting hot from behind the arc a lot. If he gets into a rhythm early vs Zionsville, the Millers could very well be looking at Carmel on Friday.

Noblesville will need someone to step up now that Curry II is officially out for the season. At least on Saturday afternoon that guy was Flanagan who poured in seven three-point shots as the Millers defeated Center Grove 60-26. Flanagan, a left-handed sharpshooter, is committed to play at Wabash College.

has stood out in many ways, especially when it comes to his elite outside shooting. He has been one of the keys guys for Noblesville this year with him averaging 8.2 points while shooting 42% from the field. He is a big size wing that knows where to be off the ball in order to get the best shooting opportunity he can get. Holds offers from schools such as Wabash and Trine University.

Even though his team came up short, I think I can make a strong case that Flanagan has an argument for the player of the game in the Noblesville/Fishers matchup. He ended up with 12 points in the game with all of those points coming from the first half, which helped give the Millers the lead going into the half. Flanagan was able to hit 4 threes all in one half and gave Fishers some problems with his length on the wing. First time I have gotten to see the 6’4 forward in a large role like that and I came away so impressed. He can be a mismatch problems at times for any teams.

Shooting never goes out of style and that is what Flanagan brings to the table. He is one of the best unde-the-radar catch-and-shoot threats in Indiana’s Class of 2026. Flanagan finished the summer by shooting 19-31 from three-point range at Prep Hoops Nationals. He has garnered some Division III interest leading into his senior season and should continue to be sought after from any program that really needs a shooting threat.

Another under-the-radar Noblesville High School product, Flanagan is a knockdown left-handed catch-and-shoot threat. At the recent Prep Hoops Open National Championship the 6’3″ wing shot an incredible 19-31 (61.3%) from beyond the arc while averaging 16.8 points per game. Playing with Legacy Ice Elite , Flanagan has proven himself as one of the best catch-and-shoot threats in the rising senior class this spring and summer. Small college programs that value shooting ability and want someone from a winning program should absolutely take a look at Flanagan.

The 6’4″ lefty averaged 16.7 ppg and shot a scalding hot 61 3FG%. Flanagan was ridiculous from three-point land. In two of the games, he drained 5 triples in the first half. Talk about being an impact shooter!

Flanagan is a standout 6’4″ southpaw wing. He shot 46 3FG% this spring on high volume. He is a serious shooting threat. Max has a great basketball frame and body. He is being recruited by a handful of NAIA schools like Saint Francis, Lourdes, and IU Kokomo.

Flanagan was one of the best Class of 2026 prospects at the event on Sunday. The 6’2″ left-handed guard is an excellent three-point shooter and was making them from all over the floor. With a quick release, good footwork when moving into his shot, and a good sense of working off of screening action to get open. Look for Flanagan to be a name to remember over the next few years at Noblesville High School. Excellent pure shooter from beyond the arc.
