Westfield’s defense was the reason they beat St. Andrews. Malachi Lee Malachi Lee 6'1" | CG Westfield | 2028 State VA got the start today with his brother out, and he did an amazing job. Malachi battled defensively, and there were a few times early in this game where he was switched onto the almost 7-foot Steven Huan, and he held his own. He fought to keep his position, and he was able to jump an entry pass. His effort on the glass on both ends was noteworthy, and he did an amazing job attacking the rim hard, even though he wasn’t able to finish some of them. It’s fitting that Malachi is a talented football player with his ferocity and tenacity. He’s only a sophomore, and he’s definitely one to watch going forward.
