About Luke

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength is my ability to impact the game without needing the ball. I’m a versatile defender who can guard multiple positions, rebound, run the floor, and make winning plays. In games, I bring energy, communicate on defense, compete for every possession, and look for opportunities to contribute offensively. I take pride in being the kind of player a coach can trust in different roles.

What are you working to improve right now?

Right now, I’m working on becoming a more consistent shooter and making my shot translate into games. I’m focusing on my footwork, getting my reps up, and being more confident and decisive when I have open opportunities. I’m also working on creating more off the dribble so I can be a bigger offensive threat while continuing to be a strong defender.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a program with great coaching, strong team culture, and an emphasis on player development. I want to be somewhere that values hard work and accountability, where I can continue to grow, compete, and contribute both on and off the court.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

Outside of basketball, I'm striving to develop into a well-rounded student athlete. I take academics seriously, compete in track, and stay involved in my community. I’m disciplined, coachable, and always willing to work to improve. I believe how you carry yourself and treat others off the court matters just as much as what you do on it.

#331 Strong physical combo guard that stood out with his strong play and great hops. Versatility would be a great way to describe this guard. Smooth outside shot off the catch or catch and read. When ran off the line showed a nice pull up jumper with great lift on the shot. In the open floor used a nice dribble crossover to turn the corner and attack the rim. Moved great off the ball crashing the board to get several put backs.

Made notes with his size, hops, and scoring at different levels. A consistent player in 3 on 3 and 5 on 5.
