Raw offensive player. Not a offensive option right now at this stage of his development… Liberty is a rim running big man that gets up/down the floor quickly. Serviceable interior defender or rebounder. Liberty intriguing size/frame will leave you wanting more at times in terms of its offensive efficiency, rebounding and defensive impact. Has stretches in which he looks like a lob throwing big that’s going to dominate the game in the post. I would like to see more consistency in his game.

It’s easy to see the steady improvement from Liberty. In addition to his game continuing to expand, his body also looks better with each viewing. Liberty moves nicely for his size and utilizes his length well to disrupt opponents defensively. He competes on the glass, positions himself to finish around the basket, and runs the floor effectively in transition. Haynes is a useful defensive anchor with solid timing as a shot-blocker.

This Team Takeover squad is loaded with guards and wings. Liberty Fusire is the only true big this team has. He is a traditional big man who does little things well. He is a great interior defender and rebounder. He is strong and a good athlete. Liberty finishes around the rim nicely and brings a different element to this squad.

A long frame that can make plays and be a valuable piece with his athleticism and presence on both sides of the ball. Should help in several areas. Should be able to mix it up well offensively at times. Liberty activity around the basket was encouraging. Will be running with Team Takeover National 17U Travel Club Team.

-Refreshing to see a player who doesn’t shy away from traditional big man responsibilities, happily doing the dirty work as a shot-blocker, play-finisher, and screen-setter. Great athlete with a good first and second jump, the skillset is growing each time I see him.
