Smooth guard that is an absolute bucket from all over the floor. Got the chance to see him multiple times this spring and summer and he showed a full offensive arsenal. 6’3″ guard that is comfortable playing on or off the ball. really active on the offensive end. Really good getting himself open and being shot ready on the catch. On the ball, he is excellent playing in the pick and roll. Under control when he turns the corner with the ability to stop and pop over defenders or use his length to get all the way to the basket. Big time scorer that should thrive in the camp setting at Indiana State.

One of the better scoring performances I saw on Saturday was from Northview Guard Levi Carr Levi Carr 6'3" | SG/PG Northview | 2028 IN playing for Indiana Elite Gold 16u – Elliot. Carr is a smooth guard comfortable playing on or off the ball. Showed his playmaking and scoring in his team’s narrow loss going on a run in the first half finishing with 16 points making four 3’s. Really good in the pick and roll. Plays at his own pace and has a shiftiness to him that allows him to get to his spot and has the size to rise up over defenders in the midrange.

A knockdown shooter from beyond the arc off the catch. I tallied Carr for 3 treys in his team’s early afternoon game on Saturday in a back and forth fast paced battle. He is a reliable handler that can be utilized in the 1 or 2 man spot. Complimentary to his shooting, he showcased strength and body control getting to the cup and finishing through contact. Plays under control in a poised and settled way but can change speeds to create space and then get by. Doesn’t force the action and allows the game to come to him while also adjusting to what defenses provide.

Levi is a natural scorer who consistently found ways to put points on the board while playing for Indiana Elite Gold. He showcased a complete offensive skill set, finishing through traffic with creative, acrobatic finishes around the rim. He was just as dangerous from the perimeter, knocking down shots from beyond the arc and doing a great job moving without the ball to create open looks. Levi also showed that he can make plays for others. Whenever the defense keyed in on him or sent extra attention his way, he stayed composed and found the open teammate, creating quality scoring opportunities. With his ability to score at all three levels and make the right reads, Levi is a gifted offensive player with a high ceiling.

He’s a smooth guard that’s active on the offensive end. Capable of playing on or off the ball. Was really good reading the defense coming off screens into jump shots as well as with the ball in his hands in the pick and roll. Plays at a good pace and doesn’t get sped up easily.
