Indiana State Elite Prospect Camp: Saturday Preview

The middle of August is a prime opportunity for college elite camps to get prospects on campus and evaluate in real time. Indiana State University Head Coach Matthew Graves is having his annual elite camps on August 22nd and 23rd. Prep Hoops Indiana will have boots on the ground on for Saturday's session. Here are some players to watch for Saturday's session at the Indiana State Elite Camp:    Crafty scoring guard out of South Dearborn that is a smooth operator on the offensive end. Shifty handle with a quick first step that allows him to get to any spot on the floor. Really good in tight spaces. Long and lanky guard that can get all the way to the rim and finish in a variety of ways. Good athlete that impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Really nice on ball defender with active hands that can turn defense into offense in a hurry while being dynamite in transition. Will be a really nice prospect at the Indiana State Elite Camps     Smooth guard that is an absolute bucket from all over the floor. Got the chance to see him multiple times this spring and summer and he showed a full offensive arsenal. 6'3" guard that is comfortable playing on or off the ball. really active on the offensive end. Really good getting himself open and being shot ready on the catch. On the ball, he is excellent playing in the pick and roll. Under control when he turns the corner with the ability to stop and pop over defenders or use his length to get all the way to the basket. Big time scorer that should thrive in the camp setting at Indiana State.     Lengthy shooting guard that I'm extremely intrigued with from the tape that I've gotten to see. Explosive athlete that is a knockdown shooter with a smooth stroke. Excellent getting open off the ball. Really good creating his own looks in isolation. Three-level scoring ability. Lethal three-point shooter that can also put it on the floor. At 6'5" he has the ability to rise up over defenders in the midrange as well as getting all the way to the basket with the athleticism to finish above the rim. Length and athleticism makes him an impact on the defensive end on the ball, as a rebounder, and in the passing lanes.     Athletic stretch four with intriguing skill set at 6'9". Mobile big man with fluid motion that impacts the game on both ends of the floor. Skilled inside-out four man that scores in a variety of different ways. Solid catch and shoot big man out of the pick and pop. Also a threat in the pick and roll with good hands and the ability to finish around the basket, as well as be a facilitator when the help comes. Defensively he uses his length and athleticism at the rim to be a big time rim protector.     Coming off an excellent spring and summer for Progeny 2029 UAA, [player_tooltip player_id='2972974' first='Wyatt' last='Frazier'] of Evansville Mater Dei will come into the Saturday session of the Indiana State Elite Camp as one of the top shooters in the camp sight unseen. The 6'6" 2029 wing has a physical frame with the ability to score in bunches from the outside while still being able to drive closeouts and finish around through traffic. Does an excellent job of getting himself open and his impact as a movement shooter. Solid rebounder and defender that's capable of guarding multiple positons. Intriguing young prospect that has a chance to make some noise at camp on Saturday.
