He’s a 6’1″ guard that push the ball in transition and run a half-court offense. He’s a playmaker that get to his spots and finish around the rim and, occasionally, above it. He’s played with and against Division I talent, during travel ball, which should reduce the adjustment period at the next level.

Kymel looks the part. He’s a chiseled guard with impressive athleticism. He has a long wingspan and big hands. Williams doesn’t force things on offense and is content with getting others involved. He scored on a transition layup and a left-side drive in the halfcourt, finishing with a right-handed floater off the glass. In the fourth quarter, Williams hit a pull-up going to his left. I would have liked to see Williams assert himself a little bit more, but even without him scoring much, Kymel showcased a steady floor game with an impactful night on defense.
