emerged as the most explosive and complete point guard of the weekend, responsible for more than half his team’s points by scoring 21 of their 39, not to mention assists. Haynes showcased a college-ready built physique with physicality that allowed him to bulldoze his way to the rim. Possessing a dog mentality, he displayed tremendous work ethic on both ends of the floor, applying relentless pressure both offensively and defensively. Opponents had to resort to face-guarding him the full length of the floor to contain Kheiri’s impact. Despite his scoring prowess, Haynes impacted the game in multiple ways, his calming presence made everyone around him better, seemingly boosting their confidence along the way.
