Arcega-Whiteside was solid as usual for Dorman at the Byrnes Summer Shootout against Keenan HS. His ability to switch onto multiple positions was impressive today. Although it is not a new attribute, it is something that makes him stand out against other prospects with a similar body and play style in the state. He moved his feet well and used his strong frame to keep drivers out of the paint and force tough shots. Keenan also had some solid plays on the offensive end, particularly with some tough second-chance points over the Raiders’ length.

Arcega-Whiteside should see some good minutes this season for the Cavaliers and Head Coach Thomas Ryan. Keenan is a small forward who’s versatile enough play multiple positions on the floor. Arcega-Whiteside can handle the rock up the floor at times and run the transition break very well.
