Ouwinga had a terrific grassroots season this spring and it will be fun to watch it translate on Saturday at the Midwest Live. I really like the way he attacks off the wing, both off the bounce and using cuts off the ball. Ouwinga is athletic with his finishes and is underrated as a passer.

Ouwinga had some eye catching moments with Highland Premier. He was excellent attacking from the wings. There was no hesitation when he saw a double lane. Ouwinga would slash and catch on the cut or rip through and create an opportunity.

I’m late to the party with this one, but there’s no doubt that he’s an elite basketball talent. The athletic forward has already been extended a mid major offer. Ouwinga is a threat to score from the block on out and can be a constant matchup nightmare.
