will be one of the undisputed leaders. Feuerstein now has a year of experience under his belt after being thrown into the fire as a freshman and he’s shown a new level of comfort and confidence throughout the spring. He shoots the three at a high clip, able to knock them down off the bounce and heat up quickly. Feuerstein’s profile should continue to rise over the next several months.

Undersized, but a smooth scorer. Creates on the perimeter. Gets into his shot out of crossovers. Dangerous three-point shooter that will also pull-up from 15-feet in transition.

JJ Feuerstein looks like he’s taken a huge step forward heading into his sophomore year. Feuerstein’s been lighting it up so far this fall and continued his hot run with a great game against Dalton on Tuesday. He’s been beaming with confidence as of late, shooting the three with no hesitancy off the dribble and knocking down plenty of them. Things seem to be trending upwards at Woodstock and JJ Feuerstein could lead the youth movement that puts the program back on the map.

Don’t let the routinely sub-.500 record fool you. There is talent in the hallways of Woodstock. Now a sophomore, JJ will be an important piece of the building project under new coach Eric Blair. Feuerstein is small, but he’s got a pure stroke and can create offense, breaking down defenders to get space to fire from deep. JJ knocked down a pair of threes and finished with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.

caused problems for opposing guards all morning long. He slides really well laterally, has quick hands, and caused ball handlers to cough it up on several occasions. On the offensive end, Feuerstein plays unselfish basketball and wasn’t looking for isolation sets like you often see at camps. Rather, he was trying to create a smooth offensive flow and get his teammates involved.
