Pray is a strong forward, that makes a huge impact on both ends of the floor. On offense , Pray has great hands and can finish through contact. He also has a variety of moves with his back to the basket. Pray also has the ability to put the ball on the floor with great ball control, especially for his size. During the high school season, he was an anchor on defense for Iona Prep, with his ability to block and alter opposing team’s shots without fouling on full display. He is a player who is set to have a dominant spring and summer.

Pray provided a much needed interior presence for Iona Prep. At 6-7, Pray was really effective around the rim. He wasn’t able to create for himself very much, but also wasn’t tasked with doing so much as a result of Iona’s high IQ guards. So, he did exactly what he needed to do and did it well. Pray provided some big time buckets down the stretch and is a vital piece inside for an Iona Prep team who thrived on the exterior.

The big man has really grown into his body. A physical presence in the paint on both ends. Muscles his way to gain position in the post . He is hard to move out. Very hard to stop if he gets you on his back. Showed the ability to score inside with either hand.
