In the morning matchup against Illinois Outlook 17U, Jaxon played up three levels for Fueled By Faith—and he never looked out of place. The lefty freshman embraced the challenge, looking comfortable against older competition while knocking down five threes in the opener. He stays in a shooter’s stance, is ready on the catch, and gets his shot off quickly. He runs the floor to find open space and does a nice job relocating on drives to create kick-out opportunities. A confident shot-maker with plenty of upside, Jaxon is a freshman whose development will be fun to follow.
