has been at the top of most of the statistical categories for Memorial this season, which has led to him being ranked in the top 5-10 of all seniors just about all season long. He has several colleges courting him, but he is focused on living in the moment of this season and the playoff run. This is showing as he continues to be effective on both ends of the court. Coming up with steals, blocks, and playing great perimeter defense. He is disciplined when he contests shots, which all of these things showed true again against Nathan Hale. He averaged over 17 points per game this season, but came away with only 13 points. His team did not need him to score with how dominant they were in this game and with how well

was shooting the ball. Ingram took a step back and acted more as a playmaker and rebounder in this one. He ranked up multiple assists: utilizing great outlet passes, bounce passes, and chest passes. He was in-sync with all of his teammates and it showed on the court. This is a player that has shown that he is versatile and can do whatever is asked of him. Between him and

, it is hard to imagine a better one-two punch in 5A. There is a reason that Memorial is the number one team in 5A this season.

In the first half of the game, Ingram impacted the game more on the offensive side of the ball than he did with scoring. His hustle plays allowed his team to consistently get second-chance opportunities on the offensive end while limiting the chances that have got on the defensive side of the basketball. In the second half, he used his athleticism to rise over the top of guys and score consistently.

After long being a “Blue Chip” recruit for Oklahoma D2 programs, Ingram recently picked up his first D1 offer. The dynamic wing for Tulsa Memorial was offered by the Air Force Academy. He’s enjoyed a very productive senior season for the Chargers, where he leads them in seemingly every major statistical category except for assists. This is made possible by his combination of motor and next level athleticism.
More than just an athlete, Ingram has become one of the better scorers in the state with an unique mid-range and off the dribble game. At times it looks unorthodox, but he plays at his own pace and has become a very effective scorer off drives and pull ups. Those scoring traits will help, but his combo of size, athleticism and motor should help him find ways to contribute to 4 years program quickly with defense and rebounding. The Air Force offer is a great start, and could be a jumping off point for similar D1 programs

had a slow start in the first quarter, but had a massive second and third quarter. Between those two quarters, he had 18 points. Overall for the game, he led his team with scoring with 26 points. It came in various ways, he showed the ability to shoot by knocking down three three-pointers. He had some electrifying dunks. He scored in transition and knocked down a free throw. His ability to have well timed and sharp cuts was on display, as they resulted in a couple of open dunks and layups. He grabbed multiple rebound by utilizing his length and the ability to box out. Some of these rebounds were turned into great outlet passes, resulting in assist. His ability to be a two-way player was on full display in this one, as he showed why he is the #5 ranked player in the state. He led or was second in every major statistic this season: averaging 17.4 points on 55% shooting from the field and 41% from three point range. He was second on his team with 3.4 assist per game, as well as averaging 9.4 rebounds per game. Offense and rebounding was only part of his impact, as he averaged 1.8 steals and 1.4 blocks per game. This is a player that has made an impact on both ends of the court in high school. One that is ranked #7 out of all seniors in Oklahoma for a reason.

Speaking of Ingram, the Memorial senior standout is leading scorer for the Chargers with nearly 18 points per game. This was the most predictable thing about Memorial heading into the 2022-2023 season. After playing a sixth man role last season, anyone who watched Ingram last year knew that he was destined for a big season this year as he stepped into the starting lineup. He didn’t waste much time getting into the swing of things as he went for 30 and 31 in Memorial’s first two games of the year. Ingram has been held to single digits in points only two times this season. And when we saw him in person back in December at the Tournament Of Champions, we were really impressed with how he played in the final two days after a slow start to the tournament. When Ingram is playing aggressive, this team is going to be hard to beat in March.

still earned his spot as one of the best players in the tournament. Ingram got off to a bad start in the first round win over Roff. He was held to just six points and could never get into any kind of a rhythm on the offensive side of the ball. But in the semifinal win over Kingfisher and in the title game against Dale, Ingram found that rhythm and could not be contained. In the semifinal win, Ingram would go for 16 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. In the title game, Ingram would lead the team with 17 points and also grabbed 8 boards. After going 2-7 from the field on Wednesday, he went a combined 13-21 over the next two days. Ingram has the ability to be one of the better players in the senior class and he showed it over the last two days.

Ingram is a very versatile kid that can score on all three levels. When he grabs the rebound, he has no problem starting the fastbreak and giving an advantage to his team offensively. He stretches the floor with his ability to knock down the three-point shot and when he goes to the rim he has no problem going over the top of a defender to dunk it. Because he can get off the floor quickly it allows him to be a great offensive and defensive rebounder.

Another player who made the jump from home school ball to OSSAA last season, Ingram is one of the most exciting players in the state. His high motor playing style makes him a terror in transition and finishing above the rim. After being a 6th man last season, Ingram is stepping into a staring role and looks ready to be an efficient scorer from the midrange. Which pairs well with his pedal to the metal playing style in transition and when rebounding.

would come off the bench and play that “sixth man” role on a Charger team that was full of seniors. This year, Ingram is expected to not only start but be their top playmaker on the offensive side of the ball. Again, not a bad start. In his first ever start in fact, Ingram went off for a game-high 30 points and was doing it from all over the floor. After talking with Allison following the game, he believes that the 30 points is a Memorial record for points scored by a player in his first ever start. Think about that for a second. Think about some of the other names who have gone through this Memorial program. It’s an impressive start to Ingram’s senior season. We’re looking forward to seeing how Ingram continues to improve and grow within his new role this season.

We mentioned that the Chargers were bringing back one of the best players to come off the bench last season and that’s forward

. In our latest ranking update, Ingram came in as the #5 overall prospect in the state’s 2023 class and the fact that he came off the bench for the Chargers last season is just absurd. Ingram is one of the funnest players to watch in Oklahoma as he typically puts on a show every time he hits the floor. He had some of the best show-stopping dunks last season as a junior. But what we’re looking forward to seeing this winter is the evolution of his game as more of a playmaker and offensive weapon as he steps into a new role this season.
