This guy just never stops. He keeps running, and hustling, and contesting, and filling the lane, and making shots. His energizer-bunny-like determination on the basketball court is impressive. It played a big role in helping him score 15 of his 17 points in the second half to help his rally before coming up just short. Paukner’s consistent effort will earn him playing time with a very good, young team at Sauk Prairie as well as with the Wisconsin Swing
over the next few seasons.
A solid wing prospect who can pass, shoot and handle the ball while being a cerebral player and a good teammate, Paukner was productive for a very good Team 9 squad. He scored with consistency in transition and used his size and mobility to guard well on the perimeter. Paukner likes to attack the basket and has the size and strength to finish through contact.
