6/9/26: Facing a frenetic Bob Jones team, James found success running the floor. He is not just fast for a big…James is fast for a high school dude regardless of height. His touch in traffic looked lovely too. Finished high with left-handed banks from 5′ and right-handed banked layups in traffic. Humphreys showed an eagerness to pass, especially when a cutter flashed towards the basket as he posted. Elite high school rebounder inside his area. Facing Buckhorn BA flashed a little 2-2-1 fullcourt press with Humphreys serving as one of the front 2. His drop step is already advanced for a high school big man, as evidenced by his reception and drop-step in the first half against Buckhorn. So fluid. He clearly drilled that plenty.
