6/9/26: Klekamp scored consistently around the rim against Buckhorn High. At 6-foot-5 he probably needs to be a 2/3 beyond high school. Currently, he is a competent power forward. Brentwood Academy could utilize him as Humphrey’s replacement or couple the two together. Klekamp was keenly aware of the basket on the catch each time. Facing the basket Klekamp was just as smooth with his feet. He made multiple difficult passes look easy. In the game against Buckhorn Klekamp found some possessions operating around the arc and he was fine. The offense was primarily run through passing, so I did not get to evaluate his ability to drive the ball to the basket.

Klekamp is a very versatile wing with the ability to contribute at both ends of the floor in many ways. He’s got the ability to initiate offense at his size while being able to make reads in ball screen situations. Klekamp is a good shooter off the catch and a very engaged rebounder at both ends of the floor. You can run your offense through him in different spots on the floor with his combination of size, vision, and touch, making him a threat that can be utilized surrounding many different kinds of players. Klekamp is a great fit in multiple different situations and produces in so many ways on the floor. He should continue to be a player to watch in the UAA 16u division this spring/summer with the Stars.

7/23/25: Naturally strong. Good basketball I.Q. Could play 2-3 different positions after high school depending on physical growth and skill development.
