Has a super handle and quickness to get into the lane and score through contact. Gets his body into the opponent on both ends of the floor. Handles the ball in tight spots or in open space with a clear idea of what to do. I have seen him sacrifice his body in taking charges from bigger players.

Jalen was really good vs Scanlan. Showing deep range off the catch or the bounce hitting threes(4). He was also able to handle the pressure of handling the ball. Showed the confidence to get into the lane and score or find teammates.

Jalen was a big transfer pickup right before the start of the season. He is a big reason why St Peters is in third place in the tough NY AA division of the CHSAA. Jalen is averaging 9 ppg but he is also helping to run the offense on the floor He’s shooting the three when it’s there. Has excellent vision. Has shown an explosive dribble drive game to the hoop.
